21 Days Challenge day 3&4


So, the waking up at 4:30am thing, still isn’t working out yet. Considering that’s the time I sleep, this goal is definitely a longer term than I predicted. But, I haven’t given up on that. I guess the the simplest things in life ARE the most difficult.

On the bright side, I have been making advancement towards other aspect of my life. Fitness is something that I prioritize in life. I have been on a fitness journey for about two years now. Although I have been able to lose a lot of weight, I realized that being skinny is not very satisfying. To be fair, skinny was never really my goal. To gain muscle mass, I knew that I had to consume more calories and get my nutrient straight. However, growing up as a slightly, overweight girl it was difficult for me to purposely put on weight. Hence, against my better judgement, I restricted my diet.

In order to achieve our goals, we must take massive actions. A couple of days ago, I hired a personal trainer. Yes, it costed me a lot, but that cost is nothing in comparison to what I have to gain. I refuse to be mediocre in something, I find great value in.
